When you request a CV download through this site, we collect: your first and last name, company name, job title, corporate email address, optionally your LinkedIn profile and country, your IP address, basic device/browser information, and your preferred language. This data is collected only with your explicit consent via a checkbox on the request form.

Why we collect it

This data is used solely to verify that CV requests come from genuine corporate recruiters (not bots or personal email signups), to send you the secure download link, and to allow us to follow up regarding potential opportunities.

How long we keep it

Request records are retained in our database until you ask for deletion. Download tokens themselves expire after 24 hours and can only be used once.

Your rights (GDPR)

If you are in the EU, you have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of any personal data we hold about you. To exercise this right, email us from the address you originally submitted at vincentraj.soosai@gmail.com.

Third parties

We do not sell or share your data with third parties. Email delivery is handled via our SMTP provider solely to send verification codes and download links.
